Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology consulting or enterprise software delivery.
- 4+ years designing and delivering AWS CCaaS solutions.
- Experience with Amazon Connect/Lex/Bedrock and AWS services.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for CCaaS and CC AI transformations end-to-end.
- Design scalable AWS-based architectures using Connect, Lex, Bedrock, and related tools.
- Translate client needs into secure cloud architectures and delivery plans.
- Mentor Deloitte practitioners and manage delivery risks.
