Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of technology consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution delivery.
• 4+ years designing, building, deploying, and supporting AWS solutions in production.
• Experience with cloud-based CCaaS and contact center platforms with Generative AI capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, and delivery of CCaaS and Generative AI solutions.
• Design scalable AWS-based solutions using Connect, Lex, Bedrock, and related services.
• Translate client requirements into secure cloud architectures, integration designs, and delivery plans.
• Mentor Deloitte practitioners and collaborate with client executives and operations leaders.
