Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a CCaaS Technical Lead, Senior Consultant to design and implement cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions. You will lead technical workstreams across NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud, guiding architecture decisions in a fast-paced client environment.

This hands-on role requires AWS experience, CCaaS configuration, APIs, security, and scalable data flows. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with delivery teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting or equivalent delivery roles.
• 3+ years designing AWS-based CCaaS solutions.
• Hands-on CCaaS platform experience and API familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for CCaaS and Contact Center AI.
• Design integration patterns, specs, and implementation plans.
• Configure NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud.
• Architect AWS-based solutions using Lambda, Bedrock, Lex, and more.
• Mentor junior staff and guide delivery teams through lifecycle.
