Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a CCaaS Technical Lead, Senior Consultant in the United States to design, configure, and deliver cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions. You will own technical workstreams, guide engineers, and support from design through production, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires hands-on CCaaS experience, AWS architecture skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution delivery.
• 3+ years of experience designing or implementing AWS-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms (NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud) and related integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for CCaaS and Contact Center AI implementations.
• Develop solution designs, integration patterns, and technical specs.
• Configure and integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM, analytics, and enterprise apps.
• Design AWS-based solutions using services like Lex, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Support architecture decisions, testing strategies, and production deployments.
