Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution delivery, including 4+ years designing, building, deploying, and supporting AWS solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for CCaaS and Contact Center AI transformations, guiding teams from solution design to production support.
• Design scalable AWS-based solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, Bedrock and related services with Generative AI patterns.
• Translate client requirements into technical architectures, integration designs, and delivery plans for CCaaS, CRM, WFM, analytics, and knowledge platforms.
• Mentor Deloitte practitioners and collaborate with executives, architects, and engineers to resolve technical decisions and manage risks.
