Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Create written technical procedures and manuals for GROB equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists to define operating and maintenance procedures.
• Select visuals to illustrate material per customer requirements.
• Edit and standardize materials prepared by others.
• Travel to customer facilities to train customers on equipment use and care.
