Job summary

GROB Systems, Inc is seeking a Fluids Technician in Bluffton, OH. The role focuses on building and implementing fluid control systems into custom GROB machines and robotic equipment.

Responsibilities include assembling hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication and cutting-fluid controls, reading blueprints, and collaborating with Fluid, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams. Domestic and international travel may be required; strong math and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Trade School Certification preferred
• Fluid/hydraulic installation experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to read blueprints accurately

Responsibilities

• Construct fluid components such as valves, regulators, switches and filters
• Design, bend and install piping
• Measure, cut and install hoses
• Install all components of fluid controls systems
• Run system startup and test for proper construction
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned
