Based at the Bluffton facility, you’ll combine hands-on problem solving with project coordination and customer relationship management to ensure equipment performance.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, CNC/machining knowledge, and strong communication for remote and on-site support with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience in machine tool industry.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with CNC machines or automated assembly systems.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-resolution support to customers and field technicians.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during customer support engagements.
• Assist customers in equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency customer support situations.
• Document service activities, technical findings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold quality standards.
