Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Technical Training Associate on 1st shift to design, coordinate, and deliver manufacturing and warehouse training. The role partners with HR and frontline leaders to implement onboarding, hands-on workshops, and classroom modules, while tracking records and promoting safety and quality.

Candidate will develop materials for safety, equipment operation, and continuous improvement in a high-performing workplace, with potential overtime and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, production, or technical training.
