Job summary

Harmar Mobility is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver technical training sessions across the nation, including in Sarasota, FL. You will lead hands-on exercises, facilitate classes, and support the Training Manager with program development and content updates.

The role requires strong communication, safety‑conscious instruction, and the ability to travel for on-site dealer or partner training. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, communications or technical field, or 5 years related training/experience.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing field; technical product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions and support Training Manager in program execution.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations and guided practice during installation training.
• Support on-site training events at dealers or partner locations; transport and setup training equipment.
• Contribute to updates of training materials and hands-on guides; share real-world installation insights.
