Job summary

Harmar Mobility in Florida is seeking a customer support specialist to provide technical assistance to our dealers, distributors, and end users for Harmar mobility device lifts and accessibility products. In this on-site role, you will handle phone support, training on product repair, and collaborate with product teams to address serviceability issues.

Some travel may be required to support field installations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer/field service.
Experience with electro-mechanical technology for troubleshooting issues.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Detail oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
Entry level basic troubleshooting.
Parts replacement orders experience.
Understanding power flow and lift function.
Understanding outside lift installations.
Understanding inside lift basic installs and basic hybrid lifts.
Ability to read and understand schematics.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service and/or technical support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to external dealers, distributors and end users for Harmar products.
Phone support and training classes regarding product repair and service issues.
Collaborate with new product development teams to address serviceability concerns.
