Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications or technical field; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing field, technical product experience preferred
• Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience in electromechanical systems/installations/service or field support

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Co-facilitate instructor-led installation training; Lead hands-on exercises and demonstrations; Provide real-time coaching and troubleshooting support; Assist with demonstrations of tools and mechanical components; Maintain a safe, learner-focused environment.
• Field & Event Support: Assist on-site training events at dealer/partner locations; Prepare, transport, set up, and teardown training equipment; Represent Harmar with dealers, technicians, and partners.
• Training Preparation & Equipment Support: Prepare products, fixtures, tools, and materials; Maintain demo units and training equipment; Provide feedback on training effectiveness and learner comprehension.
• Training Content Support: Update training materials, job aids, and hands-on guides; Share real-world installation insights to improve clarity.
• General: Support ongoing improvement of Harmar's training programs in collaboration with Training Manager
