Job summary

TOMRA Food is seeking a Technology Trainer to empower customers and internal teams through engaging training on our solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs, update materials, and collaborate with Field Service and Support to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical environment, a engineering degree, and the ability to travel ~40% nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, sustainable manufacturing, or industrial engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in technical service or a comparable technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for external customers and internal teams.
• Create and update training materials, technical documentation, and learning content for onboarding, upgrades, and new product adoption.
• Assess training needs during interactions and recommend targeted solutions to drive product adoption.
• Partner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement training solutions.
• Support customers during implementation to enable confident use of TOMRA technology.
• Contribute to TOMRA Food's digital learning platforms, including knowledge base, webinars, and online courses.
