Job summary

Greenville Technical College Brashier Campus—1830 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680, is seeking a training specialist to deliver technical training in manufacturing and maintenance topics. You will design hands-on instruction, assess learning outcomes, and ensure safe, effective knowledge transfer in an industrial setting.

The role requires familiarity with manufacturing environments, curriculum development, and adult learning principles, with strong facilitation and communication

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in technical, manufacturing, or military training.
• An associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• High school diploma plus four years of relevant experience is also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on topics including workplace safety and lean concepts.
• Use classroom technology to deliver engaging instructional content.
• Assess trainee performance with written and practical tests.
• Develop and update curricula to reflect best practices.
