Job summary

Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking a Coordinator for Business and Industry Advanced Manufacturing Partnerships and Industrial Systems Instructor in the Economic Development Division. This is a full-time role spanning multiple locations, focusing on building relationships with local employers and coordinating noncredit training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience in business and industry.
• Certification or experience in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive sales plan to increase revenues.
• Coordinate with business community to identify companies and present SCTC noncredit training options.
• Lead partnerships and training opportunities, including apprenticeships and continuing education.
• Develop marketing campaigns and standardized outreach across sales channels and clients.
• Supervise part-time instructors and assist in recruiting students.
