Associate’s degree inrelated field
Minimum three (3)years of experience in construction, maintenance, skilled trades, or arelated field.
Demonstrated abilityto communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Strong interpersonal,organizational, and mentoring skills.
Ability to facilitateboth classroom and hands-on instruction.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.Teaching, training, or workforce development experience.Experience working with justice-involved individuals, underserved populations, or adult learners.OSHA, NCCER or other industry-recognized credentials.Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, facilities maintenance, or related skilled trades.Knowledge of workforce readiness and career coaching practices.
