Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Training Specialist (AECO) to lead software training for the Trimble ONE Platform across North America. You will deliver online and on-site sessions, develop curricula, and create CBTs and instructional videos, shaping adoption and AI-enhanced learning. Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience delivering software or technical training to diverse professional audiences.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for construction stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for managing 1-on-1 virtual classroom dynamics and group presentations.
• Self-motivated professional capable of managing rigorous travel logistics and independent project schedules.
• Valid Passport and Driver's License for international travel to Canada and throughout the U.S.
