Job summary

Stryker seeks an Associate Technical Instructor to deliver training sessions on system administration topics, provide student support, assess progress, and handle LMS-related administration. This role partners with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to continually refine the training program.

Hours can be any time between 6am CST and 6pm CST. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or 6+ years of relevant experience), at least 2 years of training experience, and proficiency in OS, networking,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree 6+ years of additional relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required
• Proficiency in operating systems networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on system administration topics
• Provide guidance and support to students and help them complete coursework
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide feedback
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to improve the program
