Job summary

The Associate Technical Instructor at Stryker will deliver training sessions on system administration topics, provide student support, assess progress, and help manage the training program and LMS. You will collaborate with instructors, instructional designers and experts to continually improve the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 6+ years of additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on system administration topics.
• Provide guidance and support to students and help them complete coursework.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
