Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene in New York is seeking a Technical Assistance & Communication Manager to lead training and TA for a data collection platform across sites in California. You will develop role-specific training, onboard sites, run monthly webinars, and provide consultations on data entry and platform use.

The role emphasizes independent management of multiple ongoing activities, collaboration with site staff, leadership, and platform developers, and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, public health, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting implementation of electronic health records or other data collection platforms in behavioral health or healthcare.
• At least 1 year coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and concurrent workflows.
• At least 2 years of experience with at least one behavioral health evidence-based practice (e.g., IPS, CSC, ACT).
• Preferred: 1 year developing training materials and delivering training for data collection systems.
• Preferred: 2+ years providing platform implementation support across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-specific training materials and user documentation covering data collection procedures and platform use.
• Deliver training and coordinate site onboarding, including assessing training needs, establishing schedules, and tracking completion.
• Facilitate monthly webinars and recurring open office hours; document questions and follow-up actions.
• Provide on-demand consultations on data entry, platform use, and site-specific workflows; track requests and their resolution.
• Identify implementation barriers with site staff, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
• Gather and summarize user feedback to inform platform development and improvements.
• Collaborate with the development team to document user requirements, test platform features, and track issues through resolution.
• Update training materials and documentation as platform features and procedures change.
• Independently maintain implementation work plans, track concurrent activities and deadlines, and communicate progress and issues requiring leadership input.
• Prepare regular summaries of onboarding progress, training participation, technical assistance needs, and user feedback.
