Ohio CAT is seeking a Technical Training Manager to direct strategic direction, development, and execution of all technical training initiatives across the organization. You will ensure Parts and Service staff possess the skills to diagnose and service equipment, aligning programs with business goals and elevating performance across divisions.
You will lead the Training team, collaborate with HR and Operations, manage LMS activities, and work with OEM partners to meet training needs.

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of all technical training initiatives across the organization. These responsibilities include designing and managing comprehensive technical training strategies for the organization. This role ensures our Parts and Service employees and support staff possess the technical skills required to diagnose and service the equipment that we sell and service and that these programs align with business goals and elevate employee technical performance across all divisions.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
