The Customer Solutions Specialistis a resource for external customers to gain information regarding service, maintenance, and repair-related opportunities with their Cat equipment, engines, and generators. In addition to supplying information, the CTSR will assist with facilitating additional customer needs such as field service, shop scheduling, and parts identification and ordering. Providing end-to-end support for the dealership’s external customers will improve the overall customer experience, further drive product support sales, and create a sustainable competitive advantage.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and the abilities to exchange information both verbally as well as through written communication as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
