Longroad Energy seeks a Technical Training & Learning Development Intern to support the Operations training program and Longroad University by organizing, developing, and improving technical learning resources. You will work with the Training Manager and cross‑functional teams to turn business needs into practical, scalable learning solutions for field sites.
The internship runs 10–12 weeks in the summer, pays $25/hour, with ideal locations in Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR.

The Technical Training & Learning Development Intern will support Longroad’s Operations training program and Longroad University by helping evaluate, organize, develop, and improve technical and compliance learning resources. Working primarily with the Training Manager, the intern will also collaborate with Operations, Site Operations, ROC, EHS, Regulatory Compliance, Engineering, HR, and subject‑matter experts to understand training needs and turn business requirements into practical learning solutions.
Ideal work location in Phoenix, AZ, or Portland, OR.
This role pays $25 hour.
