In 2027, Longroad will offer paid internship positions that create challenging hands‑on learning experiences for college juniors, entering their senior year in the Fall. Selected interns will participate in a 10–12-week summer program that includes onboarding, structured work experience, mentoring, and exposure both to department‑specific and company‑wide personnel and activities.

The Transmission Intern will support the identification and evaluation of optimal locations for new renewable energy projects within the transmission grid. By assisting with transmission prospecting, data analysis, and the use of specialized tools, the intern will contribute to expanding the company’s project pipeline. This role provides hands‑on experience in power systems and renewable project development while supporting the team’s strategic growth objectives. This role is hybrid, based out of our Boston office.
This role pays $25 hourly.
