Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative technical training programs aligning with business needs. You will own the training matrix and work with operations, engineers, and technicians to drive manufacturing excellence through skills development.

The role requires extensive experience in technical training, program management, and maintaining training materials, with a focus on auditing support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience; Masters +6 yrs acceptable).
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with adult learning theory, learning design methodologies, and program management.
• Experience using content creation tools, communication/collaboration tools, video conferencing tools, LMS systems, and assessment/evaluation tools.
