Job summary

Sierra Space is hiring a Manager, Systems Engineering to lead multiple operations and training teams for real-time mission support on spacecraft programs. You will supervise engineers, planners, and instructors, ensuring procedures, readiness, and training meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience.
• 3+ years in leadership or management role.
• Broad knowledge of systems engineering: requirements mgmt, architecture, interface control, V&V.
• Ability to guide teams through technical challenges and trade-offs.
• Proficiency with MBSE, SysML, DOORS for traceability and analysis.
• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
