Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Training Project Manager to lead analysis, design, development, and evaluation of training and performance improvement initiatives. You will develop project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver in-person and virtual courses.

As a SME, you’ll update policy content and support change management during deployments, ensuring quality across assets. Responsibilities include leading needs analyses, integrating solutions into curricula, and measuring learning

Qualifications

• Minimum BA degree and 4+ years relevant experience; degree may be exchanged for experience.
• Advanced degree or PMP/PMI-ACP are a plus; IT or cybersecurity exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analysis and requirements sessions to identify performance gaps and propose solutions.
• Integrate training solutions into the program curriculum.
• Create engaging, scalable content (videos, simulations, job aids).
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and teams on design, development, implementation and evaluation.
