Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Instructional Support Specialist to support adult training activities, including enrollment, registration, and classroom management. The role involves scheduling, post-training evaluation collection and analysis, and collaboration with team members to manage projects.

You will assist instructors with classroom setup, communicate with senior managers to plan curriculum, and help with assessments, surveys, and data analysis to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years working with mission support
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with MS Office products and productivity software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse academic environments

Responsibilities

• Support customer requirements for adult training including course enrollment and registration
• Assist with classroom management and scheduling
• Conduct post-training evaluation collection and analysis
• Collaborate with team members and manage projects independently
• Assist instructor cadre with classroom reservation and setup
• Communicate with senior managers to plan and track curriculum
• Assist with assessments, surveys, and focus groups
• Create and distribute post-training surveys and evaluations
• Collect and analyze student training data and prepare client reports
• Identify opportunities to expand project scope and share client needs
