Job summary

DecisionPoint is seeking a training leader to direct technical workforce assessment and development for USMEPCOM ENLIST. You will shape learning paths, proficiency matrices, and schedules aligned with modernization and DoD priorities.

You will coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and ITSM teams to deliver courses, labs, and coaching sessions, track outcomes, and continuously improve curricula through dashboards and feedback.

Qualifications

Direct technical workforce assessment, training planning, and proficiency improvement for USMEPCOM ENLIST.
Lead development of the Skills & Proficiency Matrix, role-based learning paths, and training schedules.
Align training with enterprise modernization, system releases, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive learning paths and integrated training schedules.
Coordinate training priorities, delivery methods, and participation with government stakeholders.
Deliver technical courses, workshops, labs, and coaching sessions in various formats.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and ITSM teams.
Ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards.
Track participation, completion, and proficiency with dashboards and reports.
Analyze results and feedback to improve curricula.
Maintain a training catalog, annual plan, and demand forecast.
Support transition activities and capture lessons learned.
