Job summary

DecisionPoint seeks a Journeyman Learning Systems and Knowledge Management Specialist to operate and maintain the Digital Learning Hub for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role publishes and manages approved learning paths, course recordings, job aids, technical references, and related workforce-development content.

The Learning Systems and Knowledge Management Specialist will manage training schedules, enrollment information, learning records, certification tracking, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current ITIL Foundation certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and maintain the program's Digital Learning Hub.
• Publish, organize, update, and retire learning paths, materials, recordings, and references.
• Maintain information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and content hierarchy.
• Coordinate content submission, review, approval, and publishing workflows.
• Manage training calendars, enrollment information, and completion status.
• Maintain learning records, certification data, renewal dates, and proficiency results.
• Develop proficiency dashboards and workforce-readiness metrics.
• Coordinate links to ServiceNow knowledge and other repositories.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions.
