Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years in service support or HVAC training.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform training sessions for Delta employees, ASP technicians, and partners.
• Create, organize, and formalize training materials with Global Technical Support.
• Deliver information to trainees and measure training impact.
• Maintain training records and certifications obtained through courses.
• Provide technical support and disseminate product updates to field teams.
• Promote Delta products to generate leads and support sales partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Area managers on training needs and refresher programs.
