The role requires a engineering degree with 3–5 years in service or HVAC training, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years in service support or HVAC training.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for training diverse audiences.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Products and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 30%

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead training sessions for Delta employees, ASP technicians, and partners across classroom, factory, and onsite settings.
• Create and formalize training materials with Global Technical Support into cohesive programs.
• Deliver information to trainees via lectures and hands-on training and measure effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and certifications through third-party courses.
• Provide technical support including product updates to field service and sales teams via phone, email, and visits.
• Promote Delta products and services to generate leads and support sales channels.
• Collaborate with product and area managers to develop department training and refreshers.
