Raymond West is seeking a Technical Trainer to educate technicians and other workgroups, delivering both classroom and on-the-job training to ensure high skill levels and customer satisfaction.

The role requires completing the Raymond Course Manager Training or equivalent and involves managing schedules, lessons, and assessments while maintaining safety standards and mentoring colleagues across units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of forklift, warehouse solutions, dock & door experience.
• Mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic and/or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Hand and power tool experience.
• Training experience or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technician training in classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Manage course schedules, classroom needs, and student engagement.
• Assess and test employee competence for essential tasks.
• Maintain training certifications and up-to-date subject matter expertise.
• Coordinate training delivery needs including travel and materials.
• Contribute to course material revisions and new training development.
