Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to educate and guide technicians and other workgroups. This role involves delivering both classroom and on-the-job training to ensure staff are proficient and meet customer expectations.

The trainer will serve as mentor and subject matter expert across our warehouse solutions. Candidates must complete the Raymond Course Manager Training or equivalent program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience with forklift, automated warehouse solutions, or related systems.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
• Training experience or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technician training in classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Manage course schedules and student engagement to meet learning objectives.
• Assess and test employee competence in essential tasks.
• Maintain training certifications and up-to-date SME knowledge of products.
• Coordinate training delivery, including travel arrangements and materials.
• Support course revisions and development of new training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning across business units.
• Present technical material clearly to diverse audiences.
