Job summary

CBRE seeks a Technical Trainer to become a subject-matter-expert across key technology disciplines by developing standardized curriculum and supporting Technical Training Centers. You will partner with OEMs, expand field training capability, and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives for efficient field services.

You will design training plans for field technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and create work plans to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of job-related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Experience designing training and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the network.
• Develop and implement field technician training plans.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
