Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Trainer to become a subject-matter expert, developing standardized curricula and supporting training centers. You will design training plans, partner with OEMs, and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives to ensure effective delivery of field maintenance and technical troubleshooting across equipment and systems.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a strong background in training, MS Office, and learning management systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; combination of experience/education may be considered.
3–4 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Willingness to travel up to 75% for field work and training.
Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze problems.

Responsibilities

Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the network.
Oversee and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
Create and close out work orders with data on labor, equipment maintenance and parts used.
Develop and implement training plans for field technicians, including remote and in-person sessions.
Create work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
Apply standard principles to solve routine and non-routine problems.
Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
