CBRE is seeking a Technical Trainer to become a subject-matter expert, developing standardized curricula and supporting training centers. You will design training plans, partner with OEMs, and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives to ensure effective delivery of field maintenance and technical troubleshooting across equipment and systems.
The role requires travel up to 75% and a strong background in training, MS Office, and learning management systems.
As a CBRE Technical Trainer you will work to become a subject-matter-expert (SME) to provide enterprise technical expertise across key technology disciplines by developing standardized curriculum, supporting Technical Training Centers, partnering with OEMs, expanding field training capability, and leading Train-the-Trainer initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of field training services in preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and systems.
