Job summary

Metrohm USA seeks a Technical Instructor to deliver competence training for internal service staff and customers at the HQ training center and client sites. The role covers Karl Fischer and potentiometric titration software, NIRS, Raman, and Rancimat programs, with curriculum development and platform expansion.

You will train to ISO 9001/17025 standards, assist with R&D testing, and maintain the training lab and equipment. Nationwide travel ~1 week per month is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field with training experience.
• Experience training others in Karl Fischer and potentiometric titration and related software.
• Experience with NIRS, Raman, Rancimat, IQOQ, and robotic programming.

Responsibilities

• Provides competence training to internal service staff and customers at HQ and customer facilities.
• Develops general training resources for new platforms and modalities.
• Trains to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards including audits and field cert verification.
• Supports internal courses, chemical/instrumental applications, and software training.
• Participates in new product evaluation and R&D testing.
• Maintains training lab, equipment, and inventory at the training center.
