Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a motivated Technical Trainer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. You will design, develop, organize, and deliver technical training and related materials for customers and employees, covering classroom, virtual, and ad hoc sessions.

You will collaborate with customer teams, ensure materials reflect current CACMS features, report training outcomes, and support domestic and international training tasks, including travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of training and/or IT experience required.
• Experience delivering software training in classroom, virtual, or one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, organize, and deliver technical training materials.
• Instruct in one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc sessions.
• Coordinate with customer teams to align content and objectives.
• Provide daily status reporting and track training completion.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
