Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Technical Trainer Intern for Summer 2027 in Louisville, KY. The intern will assist the Technical Training Department to maximize employee adoption and ensure users have the knowledge to use our Exacta software and related systems.

The role includes creating training content, delivering sessions, and staying current with training methodologies. Travel up to 50% may be required, and internal employees, customers and dealers will be trained.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
• Create training materials including presentations, user manuals, workflows, and quick guides.
• Assist with in-person and virtual training sessions, webinars and workshops.
• Attend relevant training sessions and become certified in applicable technologies and/or programs.
• Compile and ensure vendor training content matches Toyota Automated Logistics standards.
• Create high quality introductory level online learning courses.
• Assist with internal new hire and customer training coordination.
• Stay current on industry training methodologies and strategies.
• Contribute to project teams, providing help outside of training scope when required.
