Interplay Learning is seeking an Instructor/Trainer for in-person, instructor-led training on Crane, Rigging, and Industrial Maintenance. The role requires delivering training across multiple locations, with weekly travel and a two-month onboarding before teaching independently.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction/industrial settings and experience in rigging, crane operations, or lift planning. A passion for shaping skilled trades education and engaging learners is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or industrial environments.
• 5 years of experience directly conducting, managing, or planning rigging, crane operations, or lift activities.
• Leadership or training experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (3–6 days away) and work on-site at client locations.
• Completion of onboarding prior to teaching independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training at various client sites, with frequent travel.
• Prepare for programs by self-study of training materials and mastering new content.
• Coordinate with clients, sales team, and other instructors to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Communicate program details and clarify questions before and during delivery.
• Maintain professional representation as a company ambassador during assignments.
