Qualifications

• The candidate has an associate's or bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on I&C maintenance experience in nuclear or regulated environments is required.
• Strong SAT knowledge and ability to teach using standardized training processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver I&C maintenance training for new hires and technicians at member sites.
• Collaborate with CIT team to implement procedures meeting member needs.
• Engage directly with learners to reinforce concepts and track progress.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Contribute to development of new training content and modernization efforts.
• Support research initiatives related to I&C training and workforce development.
