Forward Role Recruitment is seeking experienced Technical Instructors to deliver foundation-level training across Data, Software Engineering and AI for early-career cohorts in the US. You'll be part of a wider trainer team delivering across three locations, with real variety in the classrooms you're running.

Travel on-site across North Carolina, Texas and Boston as required, manage cohorts of 18 to 30, and bring solid grounding in junior-level topics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical training, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Solid grounding in Data, Software Engineering or AI, with breadth to flex across topics.

Technical Instructor | North Carolina / Texas / Boston | $700–$800 per day | Contract

Working with a training provider delivering a large-scale corporate graduate programme in the US, looking for experienced Technical Instructors to cover foundation-level training across Data, Software Engineering and AI for early-career cohorts.

You'll be part of a wider trainer team (~20) delivering across three locations, with real variety in the classrooms you're running.

The role:

• Deliver foundation-level technology training to graduate/fresher audiences in a classroom environment
• Cover a range of technical topics across Data, Software Engineering and AI, adapting delivery for an early-career audience
• Work as part of a wider trainer team (~20) to ensure consistent delivery across the programme

Travel and deliver on-site across North Carolina, Texas and Boston as required

Manage cohorts of typically 18, up to a maximum of 30

5+ years delivering technical training, ideally in a corporate environment

Solid grounding in one or more of Data, Software Engineering or AI, with enough breadth to flex across topics as the cohort demands

Experience training graduate or fresher audiences is a strong plus

Strong technical grounding with the ability to make complex topics land with a junior audience

Comfortable managing a classroom independently

Able to travel and work away from home for extended periods across the contract

US citizen or valid green card holder — visa restrictions apply for this one
