INNIO Group is a global provider of energy solutions with brands Jenbacher and Waukesha, delivering reliable, modular power systems worldwide. The Engine Support Specialist will deliver timely technical guidance, failure analysis, and issue resolution for Waukesha engines, supporting channel partners and customers, with remote and on-site assistance.

This role will work on a hybrid rotating shift, travel to customer sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 5+ years of engine or gas compression experience; or an Associate degree with 8+ years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote diagnostic tools.
Willingness to travel within the Americas up to 20% and to work on shift/on-call.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance, failure analysis, and troubleshooting support for Waukesha engine products via phone, email, and Salesforce.
Coordinate the return of parts for analysis and follow up on findings.
Provide accurate technical data, documentation, and recommendations to partners and customers.
Enter and track quality issues using QC tools and participate in quality meetings.
Drive customer satisfaction through VOC feedback to quality and engineering teams.
Remotely program ECUs for replacements, CM&U upgrades, and overhauls.
Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and mentoring.
Utilize myPlant digital tools to identify engine issues and coordinate repairs.
Participate in root cause analysis and support solution implementation.
Support new product introductions and CM&U updates.
Attend required product training and review materials.
