Job summary

Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc is seeking a Training Instructor to teach proper procedures for assembling, installing, operating, troubleshooting, or maintaining WPI products. This role includes classroom and lab instruction, hands-on exercises, and field training.

The instructor will maintain curriculum, administer exams, and ensure instructor certifications are current, with travel up to 50% and flexible hours to support customer and employee training needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or Accredited Trade School preferred.
• Preferred certifications in engines and electrical disciplines.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be bondable and able to lift 70 pounds if required.

Responsibilities

• Teach procedures to assemble, install, set up, operate, troubleshoot or maintain WPI products in classroom and lab settings.
• Administer exams and maintain class records.
• Maintain curriculum and coordinate with Training Manager.
• Provide classroom and lab training to employees and customers.
• Travel for training development up to 50% and coordinate vendor training when required.
