Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a Technical Training Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. In this role, you will support the APS Technical Training team in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of employee training programs for the Colorado Springs site. The co-op will assist with training documentation, learning management system activities, training analytics, and project-based initiatives that enhance workforce capability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across functions.
Analytical mindset with an interest in training, learning and development, workforce capability, and process improvement.
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or Interdisciplinary Studies
Expected graduation year: 2027 or Spring 2028
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
