Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN is seeking a Technical Training Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. The role is a full-time 6-month assignment to support the APS Technical Training team in developing and improving employee training programs at Minnesota sites.

You will assist with training documentation, LMS activities, and training analytics while collaborating with trainers and operations to enable onboarding and workforce development. Requires a pursuing Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Interdisciplinary Studies, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions.
• Analytical mindset with interest in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, revision, and organization of technical training materials, work instructions, and learning resources.
• Assist with LMS activities, including enrollment tracking and reporting.
• Analyze training data to identify completion trends and gaps; drive process improvements.
• Partner with trainers and teams to support onboarding and workforce development.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on training effectiveness and knowledge management.
