Qualifications

• 4+ years of forklift/warehouse solutions experience.
• Mechanical/hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Training experience or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training for technicians and workgroups.
• Manage course schedules, classroom needs, and student engagement to meet objectives.
• Assess employee competence and ensure up‑to‑date certifications.
• Coordinate training logistics and materials, including travel when needed.
• Develop and revise training programs to improve performance and safety.
