Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation is seeking a Technical Trainer in New York City, Philadelphia, PA, or Washington, DC. This full-time role supports day-to-day operations, designs and delivers training programs, and facilitates technical sessions at multiple locations.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of training experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and solid knowledge of domestic appliances and electromechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Two-year college required; four-year college preferred.
• 3–5 years of training experience required; 5–7 years preferred.
• Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge and electromechanical knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Training manager with day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to design and delivery of new training programs.
• Facilitate technical training at BSH sites and other locations.
• Develop technical training courses per organizational requirements.
• Prepare training materials for events as needed.
• Coordinate external trainers for specialist courses beyond BSH catalog.
• Maintain the technical training library.

Technical Trainer

New York City or Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC / Full-time

Your responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Training manager with the day to day running of the Technical Training department
• Contribute to the design and delivery of new training programs and solutions to drive improvements in customer service, efficiency and costs.
• Facilitates technical training at BSH sites and other locations
• Participates in the development of technical training courses according to organizational requirements
• Prepares training materials for training events as needed
• Coordinates external trainers to provide specialist courses beyond BSH's catalogue
• Maintains the technical training library developed by the Technical Training team.
• All other duties as required

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based onyourspecific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

• 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
• 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
