The role emphasizes classroom and floor-based instruction, with refresher training, system and process knowledge, and accurate training records management. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred; strong computer skills and readiness to coach teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly explain tasks and coach learners one-on-one or in small groups.
• Experience with warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment work.
• Strong computer skills across multiple web-based and Windows-based applications.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred; other languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved training for new and existing associates using classroom and hands-on methods.
• Create a supportive learning environment with coaching and readiness checks before live operations.
• Provide refresher training in response to process changes or performance gaps and escalate as needed.
• Maintain training readiness, records, and learner setup, including access documentation.
